About Me

Hello my loves!  I'm Kelsie- the creator of this humble little blog. I'm a wife to a teacher who makes me smile, a mother to the 2 greatest little humans on earth and a creative soul still trying to figure out exactly who she is (that's an ongoing process, don't you think?)  I should probably be going to some sort of support group for coffee addiction but instead I use it to fuel my urge to stay up all night, despite having kids who wake early. I love hiking and road trip vacations and watching my childrens' faces as they experience something for the first time.

I started this blog my senior year of college for a New Media class.  I'd always wanted to do it but never knew where to begin.  This class was the perfect opportunity to get my feet wet and I haven't turned back since.  Although life has caused me to fluctuate in how often I post, I've always enjoyed posting and it's the one things that always makes me feel "like me".  I've been featured across the internet in various places and one of my posts was even published in a real magazine (which still makes me super giddy to think about).  I don't make a lot of money (truly.. pennies) on this blog but it makes me happy and that's what it's about.

I also run a facebook group called Crafts & Coffee Support Group where I share daily Pin-spiration, crafty tips & tricks, fun games and a place to share what you've been working on.  The group is open to anyone and we welcome you to post questions you have about projects you are working on to get help from other crafty minds! We're all about community and helping each other and we'd love to have you.
